RWFDC was founded in 1994 to strengthen and stabilize the city's north corridor which includes 10 neighborhoods and over 40,000 residents. We have completed well over 100 homes via new construction or rehab, and have served as an anchor in the community for over 20 years. The RWFDC did some research on the youth in our area. Based on various community meetings and surveys distributed, it was determined that there was a need for the Baden Enrichment Center. Since the conception of the center we have served over 600 youth within a year of existence.
The mission of the Riverview West Florissant Development Corporation is to undertake community development activities that will include housing, neighborhood improvement and economic development in the targeted communities of Baden, College Hill, Near North Riverfront, North Riverfront, O'Fallon, Walnut Park East, Walnut Park West, North Pointe and other communities in the City of St. Louis.

What do I need for assistance?
Mommy & Me began with diaper donations from the St Louis area diaper Bank and we understood that covid-19 had caused more financial hardship in our community than any other so we wanted to do a little more than to give away just diapers through the generosity of heartwarming people we were able to do that. It was such a joy to be able to bless young mothers and grandparents with Mommy and Me gift bags that included diapers wipes cereal snacks baby food books and more with help from our donors!
RWFDC is pleased to begin the PACC program - Parents and Community Connected, pairing young mothers with mentors in the community to provide them with resources they need to succeed in parenting. Utility assistance, bus passes, employment, etc. Call us at 314-382-9000
